Oncology Subprocess: Diagnosis
Only procedures with a diagnosis of primary lung cancer or missing diagnosis are considered.
9 variables from the Diagnosis form are evaluated.
Oncology Subprocess: Follow-up

In this 2026-Audit Report are evaluated:
- Procedures (by quintiles) with diagnosis of lung cancer performed between 01-01-2023 and 31-12-2024.
- Missing values across 3 variables in the Follow-up form.
- Median of follow-up (months)
Recruitment Timing
Warning
- Audit of Recruitment Timing is limited to the use of the REDCap Platform.
- All the calculus to evaluate quality of recruitment timing do not consider second or consecutive procedures on the same patient.
Recruitment Delay
- Recruitment delay refers to the number of days elapsed between the date of surgery and the date the procedure was recorded in the REDCap platform.
- Only procedures performed in 2026 are considered.
Surgical Activity
- This plot illustrates the timing of surgical activity by department throughout 2026.Whenever recruitment rates are not audited, multiple wide gaps between points could serve as a surrogate, suggesting poor rates.
